Sunset Patio Restoration grew from the need to provide exterior cleaning services for vacation and estate property owners. Other trades such as housekeeping, gardening or handyman services do not cover these areas. Typically, these are the most important areas on our client’s properties. However, they have been forgotten by cleaning services and are given the least amount of attention.

We will assess your needs given the material and condition of your items and come up with a battle plan to get your outdoor patios, kitchens, and courtyards cleaned, and maintain them on a regular schedule.
