Patio Maintenance

From doors to transitions, iron gates, coach lights, hand rails, outdoor kitchen spaces, cushions, umbrellas window lips , frames, door handles and more. If it is outside we will clean it, with the exception of windows, view glass and interior BBQs. We follow best practices and use only the best oils, hydrophobic waxes, water proofing and restoration products to care for your furniture, fixtures and outdoor equipment.
Frames
We care for frames including Iron, Aluminum, Teak and Resin. We can help you maintain your new patio furniture investment from day one, or restore old worn and sun faded surfaces to look new without paint or powder coating. Don't replace! Restore and maintain your patio furniture with our maintenance plan. We do offer one time services, commercial properties, such as restaurants, offices with outdoor spaces, apartments and condominiums, hotels and more.
Cushion Cleaning
Our environment is tough on even the highest quality products. Caring for them will add to their longevity. We only hand wash your cushions on site. We NEVER power wash soft surfaces and follow best practices for Sunbrella and other outdoor fabrics.
Iron Doors
Our desert environment takes a toll on Iron Doors and it is the first thing your family and friends see. Make sure you make a good first impression with a beautiful front door. We will clean or restore your front door removing hard water, oxidation dirt and debris. We offer maintenance service to keep your door looking great all year!
